We encourage our customers to use all available product information resources found on our website to ensure making the informed purchase decision. This includes reaching out to store.us@hollyland.com or sending messages to our chatbox for pre-sale support.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product’s design or performance, please contact us at support.us@hollyland.com or submit a request for technical support. It is recommended to inspect the product upon receipt to ensure proper functionality. If any manufacturing defects are discovered, please report them within 7 days of receiving the product. 

If the issue is reported within 7 days of the receipt date and is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the product is eligible for a refund of the full price of the order or an exchange. 

In the event that a product is found to be defective out of the box and the issue is reported within 7-30 days from the date of the receipt, we kindly advise you to send it back to us for inspection. If it’s verified with a quality issue and with no damages caused by human factors, we can exchange it free of charge.  If the product issue is reported after 30 days from the order receipt date, the product will require repair if there are any issues with it. 

All authorized returns will require that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and pertinent documentation. Hollyland will provide an RMA number along with the instructions and guidelines for processing the returned product and who is responsible for the return shipping charges. 

Return process for defective merchandise refund or exchange:

store.us@hollyland.com will email you a pre-paid shipping label and the return instructions. Print the shipping label and tape it to the box. Package and ship your product with all accessories and the printed Return Authorization slip in the box.

Ship out your return within the next 15 days or by the last day to return noted on the return label. 

A replacement model will be shipped to you at no charge, or a refund will be credited to your credit card or payment method if selected.

Return Process for non-defective merchandise:

We place great importance on our customers' satisfaction and understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary due to personal reasons. In such cases, we require the product to be in its original packaging and unused. Additionally, the package must remain unopened and maintain its factory condition. We kindly offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt for products with unopened packages. If the package of the product is unopened and you want to return it, store.us@hollyland.com will email you a shipping label and the return instructions. Print the shipping label and tape it to the box. Package and ship your product with all accessories and the printed Return Authorization slip in the box.

Ship out your return within the next 15 days or by the last day to return noted on the return label. 

A refund, less the return shipping charges, will be credited to your credit card or the payment method.
