Return & Refund Policy
HEVO TECH is committed to offering innovative products at a remarkable value. We encourage our customers to use all available product information resources found on our website to ensure making the right purchase decision. This includes reaching out to support@hevo-tech.com for pre-sale tech support.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our product’s design or performance, please contact us at support@hevo-tech.com for tech support help. In the event that a product is found to be defective out of the box, HEVO TECH will arrange for a replacement of the product within 30-days of the order receipt date. Beyond this date, the product will require repair.
If it is determined that a product is eligible for a refund within the 30-days of the order receipt date, all authorized returns will require that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and pertinent documentation. HEVO TECH will provide an RMA number along with the instructions and guidelines for processing the returned product and who is responsible for the return shipping charges. HEVO TECH reserves the right to deny a return and not process a refund.
Return process for defective merchandise refund or exchange:
support@hevo-tech.com will email you a pre-paid shipping label and the return instructions. Print the shipping label and tape it to the box. Package and ship your product with all accessories and the printed Return Authorization slip in the box.
Ship out your return within the next 15 days or by the last day to return noted on the return label.
A replacement model will be shipped to you at no charge, or a refund will be credited to your credit card or payment method if elected.
